Great location, subway beside hotel entrance, nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of staff to assist with anything. Club facilities with attractive pool and cabanas. Well designed with extra decorative features. Walking distance to restaurants and Chinatown. Comfy bed and clean.

I loved the central location, literally opposite the metro station, and the easy access to transportation options. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace on the 12th floor. The staff were helpful and made check-in and check-out easy. Lastly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hotel was excellent.

Really good customer service at Oasia Downtown. The service manager were really good too surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The pools were fine and perfect for Instagram photos. Clean and well-maintained toilets.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the train station. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the opportunity to freshen up before our room was ready, after a long journey. The greenery on the building and throughout the hotel was incredible. The hotel was conveniently located near Chinatown and the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of Chinatown. The pools and landscaping were impressive.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the downtown area. The location is perfect as it's right by the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff went above-and-beyond to make my stay comfortable and accommodating, always helpful and welcoming. The facilities are amazing, with a great leisure indoor swimming pool, sauna and rooftop pool with sun loungers providing a perfect place to unwind. The room amenities were great, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar and sitting area, offering everything I could need. The dining restaurant and bar area were also fantastic, making it very easy to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a drink.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the downtown area.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the CBD area and just a stone's throw away from Tanjung Pagar MRT station. The hotel is nestled in a quiet and leafy neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they went above and beyond to accommodate every request and were incredibly welcoming.

We had a minor issue with our bedding request, which wasn't fulfilled. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Had a good Xmas at this hotel. The lobby was inviting and the customer service was superb. The central location was convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest MRT station. Liked the fact that they provided a free mobile phone to use outside of the hotel, which came in very handy.

The bathroom in my room was not clean. There were yellow stains on the edge and it became slimy when it got wet.

Lovely modern establishment with close proximity to China town and the metro. Club level room allowed access to adult-only pool, complimentary happy hour, and breakfast on club level. Tranquil pool experience for child-free individuals.

The staff were cute and helpful, offering us luggage storage before and after check-out. The hotel's location in the central business district was perfect, with an MRT station just across the street. We loved the variety of food options available within walking distance, including restaurants, markets, and malls. being within walking distance of Chinatown and popular hawker centers was a huge advantage for us.

I recently stayed at Oasia Hotel Downtown for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was superb, right across from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station which made it convenient to get around. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and even a 24-hour supermarket. The comfortable and spacious room had a big TV and a well-thought-out bathroom. The highlight was the two lap pools on the top floor, which were a great bonus. The staff, especially the ground floor male staff, were excellent.

This hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to the MRT station and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are well-presented, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and decent views. The staff provide good service and are always polite and professional. The hygiene practices are also impressive, with temperature screening and the use of sanitizers.

The breakfast options in the club lounge could be improved. Despite this, the hotel does a good job of providing a happy hour in the Club Lounge with significantly better dishes.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, full of great cafes and hawker centres nearby. The garden/lounge area on the twelfth floor was perfect for my work needs and offered great views of the city. Despite some minor maintenance issues, my room was well-designed and comfortable.
